    Check in staff are not engaging. Please review your staff standards. I was not able to explain the vibe because there wasn’t one. Room was basic not Avani standards. Spa was not working. The sauna was cold. I expected more.

    This was my 4th stay at Avani Melbourne Central, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable and so convenient for everything in the city. We especially loved the beautiful heated swimming pool!A huge thank you to the friendly and professional staff—a special shout-out to Shar for the exceptional service. Can’t wait to come back for my 5th stay!

    We stayed 2 nights with our children. Apartment was great for the 5 of us. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy. Great location. We could walk or catch a tram to wherever we needed to go.
