First impressions weren’t great, we arrived at night and as the hotel is side on to the main road, it didn’t look open. No lights that could be seen. But once you arrive at check in, the couple running the hotel were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed…. Clean, beds very comfy, bathroom very modern and best shower ever! We had a triple room, 1 king and 1 single. Toaster, tea making facilities in the room. It was an airport overnight stay for us and as 15 mins from tullamarine it was perfect. The kitchen was closed at the hotel, didn’t serve breakfast. There is a hotel up the road but they didn’t seem to offer breakfast either so that was the the main downfall. However there is a service station about 5 mins walk for snacks. You’d need a car if staying here as a base to see the sights.

WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE. this is singlehandedly the most disgusting hotel I've ever experienced. Filthy dirty, stains, mould, scratched tv, stunk of cigarette smoke. Bed bugs. Owners talk to you through a hatch in the wall like an animal. Owners refused to refund 30 mins after I checked in, refused to provide another room. Offered me a bigger room for extra money tho.. rude and not willing to work with an unhappy customer. They were happy to let me check out and loose my money. Please don't stay here. It's a dump. Needs to be reported. Looks nothing like the photos on website.

I left a bag behind as I was in a rush to leave & then once I realised I had left a bag behind I couldn't get hold of anyone & nobody replied to my message to say my bag is there& I can go to pick it up

The most unsafe place I have ever stayed at. Drug addicts, homeless, prostitutes. These people were in and out for the 2 nights I was there, I had police outside my door for hours with 1 drug affected lady police were assaulted, really terrible place to stay. No covid restrictions regarding essential workers only to stay in lockdown period, they just let anyone stay. Never sighted anyone cleaning externally or internally for that matter. Blood injection caps left on ground.
