    The apartment was big and roomy. Kitchen and beds clean. The beds are very soft. Walls dirty. Balcony was dirty and the so does dirty.The entry to carpark not maintained and dirty to entry of apartments.Needs a paint throughout floors. The building itself is in need of an overhaul trees growing out of cracks around apartments. Upon check in the lady was not friendly and walked off leaving the man to do check. No smile no greeting.Its in a good spot for hospital visits.

    We stayed In the building across the road in apartment 206. Parking underground was good. We self cater & the kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge & freezer - unfortunately food had been left in the freezer... The large bed was comfy but the extra single in the room looked like it belonged in a tent. The space didn't feel clean overall. The balcony was disappointing & useless with a dirty, unpleasant floor & no view except to look at a dirty aircon suppressor & a frosted glass screen.The floor was grimy & because there is no fly screen on the doors the air flow was restricted especially as the windows in the bedroom couldn't be opened. To make things worse there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.The aircon units worked erratically & frustrating to control.This big space is modern & had everything we needed but we can't say we were comfortable in it. Some homely touches for something this expensive would help.

    Unfriendly reception. Wanted $100 'security'? No microwave or kitchen utensils. Large room but few facilities. TV didn't work. Nice gardens. Very clean but basic. No information brochure about checkout or facilities.Good location and quiet.     No iodate this time which was disappointing. Last time I stayed here I got upgraded to an amazing two bedroom apartment across the road. Room was noisy. I heard slamming doors and birds woke me up but noise cancelling headphones help. Oh and no cutlery I had to ask for a t spoon. The cafe across the road does amazing coffee. Oh and queen sized bed was just two singles put together and when I lied in the middle they were pushed apart.Wi fi did not work I used a lot of phone data. At least they had a smart tv so that was one advantage over even expensive 5 star hotels I stayed in. But definitely sleep with noise cancelling headphones if you plan on staying here.I’ll stay again next time I visit family.
