    One of the most disappointing experiences we had in Australia. Bed dirty and with a tuft of hair in it. No place for suitcases in the room. Rooms smell of cooking odours. View on a parking lot. One chair at the tiny desk, but 2 place mats with hardly any room to put them. Worst of all, even calling and writing well in advance, we could not have an upgrade against extra payment for more space or better room on upper floor, with staff explaining "rooms are subject to availability and assigned only on the day". We had the impression that staff were not trying to be helpful but only wanted to get rid of us. Never again a Brady Hotel!

    I travelled to Melbourne from Foster (Country Victoria) and stayed overnight in the CBD. I stay at Brady Hotels in Little Latrobe Street. I drove to Carrum station, parked my car there and took the train to the CBD, alighting at Melbourne Central Station in the City Loop. A short walk to the hotel from the station.I was greeted with enthusiasm in a professional and friendly manner. Hospitality businesses live and die by the staff they have. Let me tell you, the front reception staff at Brady Hotels are absolutely outstanding. They made my experience so much better with assistance, information and professional efficiency.The room was great, great price, clean, well furnished. I would have liked to have had a mini-bar but that's not important.I've finally found my home for stay overs in Melbourne CBD.Thank you Brady Hotel and especially thank you to there front of house staff. You're superstars.

    Don’t let the small reception area deceive you: the rooms are quite good. Although they’re small, they’re designed well. There is a separate sleeping and study area that I quite enjoyed. The bathroom was well laid out and had a good shower. The TV would randomly turn itself on and I’m not sure why. That was probably the most annoying thing. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again!

    Amazing stay that we just enjoyed at the hotel. Amy, Cate, Eva and the rest of the Bradys team were just wonderful and helpful. I have stayed in a few hotels now in Melbourne and this place boasts a great team which makes up for the great experience. Location is central and accessible to Melbourne Central and QV quite easily. Food places are plentiful. We had the lift breakdown on our 2nd last day but the team kindly offered assistance for our check out. Great stay overall!

    Inhuman Construction

    24-hour construction site outside—stay here only if you can tolerate them digging the floor through midnight. It’s absolutely inhuman. I wasn’t informed about the construction beforehand, and the alternative room offered didn’t resolve the noise issue. They claimed there was a notice on their official website, but this was never mentioned on Agoda. Regardless, even with prior notice, I wouldn’t expect nonstop floor digging at midnight in a civilized city."
