    I must admit I was nervous after booking when I read some reviews. However absolutely amazed at the negativity. First, the staff are terrific, very professional and friendly.The room I’m in is great, clean and with great facilities. The shower is large, lots hot water and good quality towels.The bed is very comfy, the kitchenette well supplied with dishwasher, 2 hobs if you care to cook, good sized room overall, great location and quiet at night.At the front of the hotel is a hugely popular Thai restaurant, there are also heaps of restaurants within minutes, tram stop at the front of the hotel.I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

    Excellent accomodation in CBD Melbourne. Modern and clean rooms with great views over Melbourne. Very quiet despite being on a main street and easy to get to by tram. Service was very good and value for money. Would stay there again when in Melbourne.

    We were quite disappointed with the standard of cleanliness during our stay. The room felt overdue for both a refresh and a thorough deep clean. The carpets were noticeably worn, and the tiled areas appeared as though they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with visible mould on both the ceiling and tiles.It’s a shame, as the property has great potential given its excellent location. We had booked a twin room but were initially placed in a king room, which didn’t suit our needs. While staff were able to resolve this, it’s worth noting that twin room requests may not always be honoured. We won’t be returning, as I would prefer to spend a little more for a clean room.
