  Excellent stay. Spacious, clean, sunny apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with necessary crockery for a long stay. Comfortable and large enough space not to feel cramped. Conveniently located. Walking distance to ANZAC station therefore easy access to CBD. Walk to the Shrine, Albert Park. Peaceful area to stay in if wanting easy access to city but avoid the crowds. Lovely cafes, restaurants around. Helpful efficient staff at reception.

  Hotel as a concept is fantastic, great and spacious rooms. See the pictures. Just what you need in Melbourne for a pleasant stay. Clean, all in good standing and great location. Two inconveniences:The air conditioner is inefficient, not enough to cool down the room even on cool days.The other one is that in five days they did not clean and refilled bathroom amenities so I had to go to the reception to get soap. Shampoo and conditioner.The personnel at the reception is outstanding.

  Awful hotel experience. - very rude reception staff and unresponsive to needs.- poor hotel security and access to parking the reception doesn’t bother to watch the footage and each time arriving back to park had to exit the car and go tell receptionist to let us in.- full of drug using people making you feel unsafe - filthy bedding blood stains.- no phone to call reception - wi fi would not work on tv left in the dirty room with nothing to watch - unclean I would never recommend here

  Eventually the staff members became my friends and they are also people who have patience and understanding with people’s temporary and immediate situations, thanks guys! It would be nice to commend to everyone that people’s predicament happends for a reason.

  first thing we noticed is that the lady at reception was pretty rude & blunt, we got charged $30 to checkin 2 hours earlier even though our room was all ready for us as I had requested this when we booked the room over 3 months prior to our stay … which is okay I sort of understand but have never experienced this anywhere so I was slight shocked when she said this. The rooms are TINY ! No balcony which was a shame. The room stunk of bleach and because there’s no windows or a balcony we couldn’t air the place out so we were chocking on bleach fumes. They reused the toilet rolls from the previous stay which is sooooo unhygienic 🤮🤮 so they had given us two toilet rolls that were a quarter full each roll … for a 4 day stay and no full spare rolls 🤣 there was really no attention to detail in the rooms at all and it doesn’t seem like the staff are very attentive or have much care factor for the people paying to stay here… I don’t think the cleaners actually do a decent clean in between stays as there was lots of dust and dirt build up around the room. There was no quilt cover on the blanket 🥴 the beds are really uncomfortable. we had a random come and knock at our door 5 times at 5:00am ! We didn’t open the door and thankfully we didn’t as reading other reviews it sounds like they have an agreement with the hospital to let ex druggys stay here and that it isn’t safe ! As a young woman staying here with my sister this made me feel very unsettled! I understand why it is not expensive to stay here and I definitely would not stay here again 🥴
