    It is Crown tower’s less fancy sister hotel but as a 5 star hotel it has flaws. Just simple things like a no free bottle of water, no decent toiletries and worn furniture are not a good look for a hotel of this rating and status.

    So disappointed, carpet, couch, curtains were all filthy dirty. We waited until 6pm for our room to be serviced the first day and 4.30pm the second after calling housekeeping twice.
