    This hotel is so well located and the parking and breakfast package is such great value. Appreciate that the hotel gave good instructions to get to the parking with the road works going on. Our room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Where this place really shines is the staff - right from the valet on entry everyone was so lovely, chatty and helpful. We called in for dessert after a night out and bit the bartender and waitress were really attentive and up for a chat about how our day was, how the meal was and what brought us to Melbourne. The location and the room got us in, but the service will get us back!

    We stayed in a riverfront view room for 2 nights. Everything about our stay was perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, location was great being a walk from DFO, skyline, restaurants and a tram stop right opposite. The dive bar had a great atmosphere with yummy food and the breakfast at Ollie's had a great variety of food. A special mention to the doorman (I didn't take note of his name), he was so friendly, helpful and inviting and I believe they absolutely couldn't have a better person for the door and to be the face of Crowne.

    Room was so tiny I could hardly walk around the bed. But that’s normal for these kinds of places. The thing that outaged me was that they charged me $16 plus room delivery fee for a chocolate brownie less than the size of my pinkie finger. See photo.

    Just spent a couple of nights here and impressed with hotel. Excellent location, handy for the riverfront and with a tram stop right outside. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Buffet breakfast had plentiful options and a great start to the day. Dive bar is attractive and has well priced offerings at happy hour. Too cold for us to use the pool but it would be great in summer. The higher the floor the better the river view. Bed very comfortable but would have preferred firmer pillows - not bad for the only suggestion I can make! Will be back.

    Centrally located hotel with stunning views. Right from our check-in until check-out was a pleasant experience. At the reception, Kathleen from Aberdeen, Scotland, welcomed us upon our arrival and bid goodbye when leaving for the airport with a friendly smile. The room had a view of the Yarra River and Crown Casino. Housekeeping was prompt and proper. The buffet breakfast was superb. There were hot and cold dishes, drinks, and pastries to choose from. The swimming pool and gym are readily accessible to the hotel guests. We stayed for six nights and will reminisce about our exquisite experience for a long, long time.
