  Great hosts.Most helpful.Allowed early check in so that we could taxi to an appointment which made things much easier for us.Our room was very clean and comfortable.

  Was clean and staff super friendly and nice bed was comfy and clean the heater was very comfortable as it was very cold outside bathroom was out dated but clean and mold free can’t fault for the price just book a back room to avoid highway traffic noise

  Hotel was booked for a work trip, so I didn't book it. Website made the place look really good.The bedroom part was nice enough, bed was comfy. But the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Kitchenette is outdated. Bathroom was nasty, black mould in-between the glass layers, there was an ants nest in the grout, had to kill them with the deodorant can I had with me. Basin tap constantly drippingThe booking also mentioned a continental breakfast, being to other hotels in the past I was thinking they had a restaurant or at least a dining area where you had the option or toast, cereals, small jams and fruit etc. So my work booked it for me, but no, it was a box with a plastic container to use for a bowl, a plastic spoon, a small full cream milk (no lactose option not available because f*ck lactose intolerant people right?), a tiny pack of corn flakes, a muffin, a fruit cup and a juice box. I was staying 3 nights so I was given 3 packs on check in. I got to the room and proceeded to unpack them to put stuff in the fridge and found in all three packs the milk was 3 weeks out of date, and the cereal to be 2 weeks out of date. and 1 of the muffins was literally mouldy and the other 2 were slimy. So it was all turfed out. I rang reception that made some excuse that they had someone looking after the place that mustn't have cycled the packs and that they would get something delivered to the room on the next day. So I had to hit up a supermarket that night to buy stuff for breakfast.The next day, during the day when I wasn't in the room, they dropped off 3 new packs.Very similar stuff, but this time had snack bars instead of fruit cups. The milk was still full cream, the bars had chocolate on them, so everything was thrown in the bin again.T.V wasn't even a smart T.V so I couldn't even watch YouTube or stream anything either.It seems to me this joint was popular in the 90s-2000s and is still trying to live in those glory days.

  Convenient location at a great price

  Convenient location comfortable at a great priceThis property is in a good location not far from the town centre easy to find Quiet and well presented, Our stay was for personal reasons so did not have opportunity to utilize the pool Or tennis courts , An ideally located property for those wanting to explore the surrounding area , We only stayed one night but it would be a great place to stay a few nights , Should we be visitingv the area again we would choose to stay here again .

  We stayed here early July. I t Would be one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed at & it smelt lovely. We were so impressed. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. The Reception were so friendly & helpful. We have booked in again for our next trip to Frankston. Loved it. 🤗🤗
