    Very convenient for an airport overnight stay

    I stayed one night during a layover. The checkin staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the checkin process was quick. The room was what I expected, clean, functional and quiet. You can walk to the airport in about 12 minutes but they do offer a shuttle service. I would stay again during my next layover.

    Generally a great hotel for an overnight stay. The bathrooms are starting to look a little dated, but overall would stay again. They have an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. From the airport it’s free and back to the airport it’s $3 per person.

    The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, making it an excellent option for travelers with early departures or late arrivals. One particularly useful feature is that you can borrow a luggage trolley from the airport and push it directly to the hotel, then return it on your way back to catch the bus into the city — a thoughtful and practical touch.Although the hotel is close, you do need to cross the road from the airport to get there. The route is generally straightforward, but there is a slightly unclear section at the crossing which may be a bit confusing for first-time visitors.Service was a highlight — the staff were friendly, professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient.I deducted one star as slippers were not available upon request, which was a minor inconvenience.Overall, a solid and practical choice for anyone needing accommodation close to the airport.

    Very good airport hotel very close to the main terminal

    Great hotel very close to all Melbourne Airport terminals. Its only a 5 minute walk to the main terminal, behind the main car park of the airport. You can also get the free shuttle they offer. Staff very friendly. Rooms were very clean.

    Comfortable size room, good quality linen. Very quiet.Checkin was efficient, but reception area smelt of smoke, as did our room. Inconsiderate guests tainting the experience for other guests by smoking in the room!Convenient location, suggest using the transfer bus offered by the hotel at this time, as it’s a bit tricky with the road works at the airport to walk directly to/from the hotel. When the airport road works are finished it’s an easy flat walk from/to the hotel.
