    I have stayed at an Ibis Hotel before and understood that’s it’s very basic. We just needed somewhere to sleep and shower so thought the ibis would do.Never ever ever again!!The location was sketchy at best. No shops or anywhere to get food anywhere nearby.We walked into the room with the air on 16 degrees and fan on high. The floors were filthy and there was hair in the shower.The sheets seemed clean and we were exhausted so we went to bed.It was only the next morning we realised there were bed bugs and dried blood on the walls.It was putrid. I actually can’t believe now that I stayed there. If I could give it minus stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    I have stayed here on numerous times over the past 5 years. I understand this is a budget friendly hotel . We stayed on 4th to 6th April. As the room was not serviced during our stay. I returned to the hotel around 4pm on the 5th April & spoke to reception Fazlan. I requested for Coffee & UHF milk at reception. Fazlan said I can get you the coffee but refused to get the milk. He told me that you can only get the milk in the morning when Housekeeping is here. I said to Fazlan that reception has got it for me in the office behind the reception on many occasions as I understand that rooms don't get clean daily. Fazlan said NO without even looking or trying. He said he can only give me the coffee. I told him I 'cant drink coffee without milk. He just refused!!! How can Fazlan work in a service industry???? I'm not asking him to clean the room. I just want more coffee & milk after a day out. Is getting extra milk too much to ask??? I have never had any issues in the past until I encountered Fazlan. I have worked in a service industry all my life but this is totally a disgrace!!!Shame !!!

    It was the most affordable thats why we picked it for just one night. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was small and reasonably tidy. We have stayed here a few times because its affordable. Good enough for us.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They are infested with bed bugs, I discovered multiple painful bites that required medical treatment. I notified the hotel immediately, but they refused to offer a refund or provide any meaningful assistance. This experience left me not only uncomfortable but also out-of-pocket for medical expenses.

    I hate the entire Accor group. I was abused by scum management at this motel and when I could barely walk. I hope they fold .
