    I Have stayed here quite a number of times over the last 5 years and have always found it to be very good value, check in process was smooth, as a platinum member I received a room upgrade and complimentary parking both of which were appreciated,The room was functional and clean, the only thing missing is a safe The restaurant offers a variety of options with daily specials, I found the prices quite reasonable. the buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but covers all the basicsthe hotel is located very close to a large number of restaurants should you not wish to eat at the hotel,my only negative comment and I have observed this over numerous stays is that there is never enough staff available to comfortably manage the restaurant (dinner), bar and breakfast Hotel Manager, Owner at Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us.We are delighted you consistently find value in our offerings and that your check-in experience meets your expectations.
