    A good location for accessing the airport

    We stayed for one night in a Premium King Studio. It was a very pleasant room. Clean with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The staff member at reception was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was good and readily available.

    Ludicrous extra charges for parking (ok) but extra for house keeping. The membership card is a con. Most expensive bar and food. Don’t bother coming here

    I don't know where to start with how bad this experience was. Cancelled flight booked in with 50 others. Room is okay though only one very thin pillow on each bed. 2 tea bags obviously don't want you to enjoying your beverage.Went for dinner, we were told there was a delay of 20 minutes but we get that. 1 hour later still no good, people arriving after us already eating, really poor. Left went back to the room ordered room service for dessert. After 1 hour cancelled and went to bed. At 11.30 they rang to ask is we still wanted dessert!!!!!!! Already been asleep as have early departure.Unbelievable horrible experience. Recommend didn't stay.     Good place to stay near the airport

    We recently stayed at the Mantra as we had an early flight next day .The room on the sixth floor was very spacious with a good size bathroom as well.Good wifi and the room had a safe which is always handy plus tea and coffee making facilities.A great service as part of the deal is they arrange to pick you up from the airport after getting off the Sky Bus and take you to the hotel.Next morning the bus takes you back to the airport any time you want, a very good service. A comfortable stay before a long flight.

    I've stayed 4 times at this hotel.It's not the best location for airport stays... it's too far for my liking. I've had drama stating here in the past, with the shuttle bus, where I ended up taking a taxi instead... 3 times. This time we took the shuttle, but had to load and unload our own luggage. So take that into account if you have big or awkward suitcases.The bus was pretty uncomfortable...could use some new suspension. And the driver was clearly in a hurry to knock off, he ran several red lights and made some of us quite ill on the 12 minute journey. Driver didn't speak once. The room at the mantra was fine, large, clean, all you expect.Only 1 pillow per person though. The room was freezing when we arrived (and I'm a hot person!) But if we turned the air off, it got very stuffy very quick. We tried a higher temp but was still freezing. The food at the restaurant was limited but OK.We had 2 complimentary drinks and were charged for one of them. I think this was rectified after we paid but it was $6 so I didn't bother to care. Overall... I'd stay here again only if was complimentary again. There's nothing really wrong, little things, but it's too far from airport for me when time is limited.
