    I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very easy to explore the city and get around.What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel at home throughout my stay.The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.     A great place to base in Melbourne’s CBD.

    A great location, welcoming and friendly staff, well appointed room, very comfy bed and a great selection of food for breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the separate toaster for GF bread and the coconut yogurt for lactose intolerant guests such as myself. We were really impressed with the commitment to saving energy and reducing plastic use. The refillable water bottle was a great idea too. Donna and the staff on reception made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ve stayed in a few CBD hotels over the years and this is one of the best.     No drawers!!

    Plan to be there 5 days. Beautiful property, friendly staff, but room had no space to unpack our suitcases, as we would be there for 5 nights. Not a single drawer. We called management and they were friendly and understanding and gave us credit for the next 4 days. We found another property, less expensive, that had plenty of drawer space.
