    This has been by far the worst experience of my life, my husband owns a gold membership for Accor hotels, knowing this I thought my business trip can’t go wrong with this, I was disappointed was an understatement - the whole room felt dusty, sheets, switch boards, pillows. Under the side table was an opened toothbrush box just lying which the cleaners have left without clearing it. Vanity and washbasin had yellow stains, hair in the basin. Super gross. Staying here overnight was painful! Coming out with dust allergies - blocked nose and sore throat.

    Air conditioning so hot in 24/13 felt like we were in the tropics. Absolutely terrible experience given the ridiculous heat in the room. Staff noted an issue issue with the cooling but were less than helpful. Would have been better sleeping in the car parked below the hotel.     Good value overall, but service and recognition fell shortI made a last-minute booking with my children. Parking is next door at DFO, which cost $50. It’s a busy public car park for the shopping centre, so a bit tricky to manage if you’ve got young kids or a lot of luggage.Check-in was smooth enough, but the reception staff member was fairly indifferent – professional but not especially welcoming. About an hour later, she called my room to say she’d forgotten to deduct my Accor points, meaning I was overcharged and would need to go back to reception in the morning to sort a refund that would take several days to reach my card. Not ideal when travelling alone with children.The room itself was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities that were fine for the price. We slept quite well, though the air conditioning seemed to switch itself off automatically during the night. No welcome gift, upgrade, or acknowledgement of my Accor Platinum status, which was disappointing.Breakfast was decent. What really made it better was the lovely, helpful staff, one of the team went out of her way to bring me some avocado and olive oil as a vegan option as the choice otherwise was dry toast, or some salad or fruit. Limited choices otherwise, but their attitude was excellent and really lifted the experience.Overall, the stay was pretty good value, clean and comfortable, but some aspects of service and the lack of recognition for loyalty status let it down. I was intending to rebook tonight but still trying to decide.
