great location near loads of restaurants, tourist spots and public transport.We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our stay. perfect for a longer stay .staff were all friendly and helpful.jus to give a balanced review, the only issue was, thought the general cleanliness was good, the walls and doors needed a wipe down. understandable for a room for families. the shower also had very little water pressure.

Lifts slow. Rooms very basic. Phones don't work. Traffic noise loud. ''Toiletry bottles empty. Requested top up body wash and my wallet which was on open shelf next to bathroom ( no safe available) disappeared. We were not in room. When reported there was a cursory investigation by staff, denials all round of course. NO APOLOGY. Have made a police report but not expecting an outcome.Have lost a Fossil leather wallets, all my cards, and cash. The attitude of the hotel is...'whatever, there's nothing we can do! Awful room felt like they stuffed in an apt into a closet and chose not to finish it. Just terrible. Good coffee in the lobby t

Arrived at Wrap with a Car, get charged half the room rate to park, got in the one bedroom apt to find a bedroom so small it had 2 doors to get out of each side of the bed. Fittings in ensuite closet wer all loose and ready to fall off including the shower rail. The only place to put something in the bathroom was in the vanity whi had been screwed shut. The safe didn't work the internet wasn't working probably due to the mess of wires in the wardrobe that didn't have enough power points. Clearly this room shouldn't be called a 1 bed and should be condemned. The bed head lights didn't work, the overhead cup oards in the kitchen would stay open
