    Could be so much better.

    Clean & comfortable, the whole place smells lovely & we loved the electric blackout blinds. The garage parking was easy enough if you follow the instructions. However, it could be so much better. For the not small price of one night here, you'd expect more than a few UHT milks in the fridge - no water, no biscuits with the tea bags, no frills.The bed was huge & comfortable & the pillows looked amazing but they are like souffle - as soon as your head hits them, they go very flat & are not comfortable at all.The maze of grey, soulless corridors were rather depressing, & we noticed several plates, dishes & glasses along our corridor that were there when we arrived & still there when we left the next morning. Breakfast was ok but really would benefit from a larger choice of milk to include some plant milk.

    Sensational Staff Make The Experience!!!

    Friends and I visited Park Royal Monash to enjoy the breakfast buffet at Ginger restaurant. It’s reasonably priced and underground parking is easy and free for the first three hours, making it an easy choice for catch ups.As we’ve been a few times before, we were warmly greeted and welcomed back by the gorgeous Rushika who happily took care of our every need whilst there. Whilst attending to other clientele, Rushika made a point of regularly stopping by and seeing if there was anything we required or needed help with, as well as chatting and enjoying a laugh with us. Honestly, this friendly young woman is an absolute delight and an asset to the Park Royal group! We all enjoyed the wide range of dishes and beverages on offer and each of us felt that today’s buffet was simply the best and most enjoyable we’ve had here. We loved the addition of scones to the buffet and when we inquired if it was possible to have some cream to go with the jam, a smiling and helpful young man from the kitchen brought it out to us immediately. The service at the Park Royal Monash is unparalleled. Everyone we’ve dealt with offer their assistance happily and with such care. Yosi was another server who came to check in on us, as she too remembered us from previous visits and wanted to ensure we were looked after. We felt like we were being treated like family by their beautiful staff. Thank you all, you make the experience even better!Finally, as we were leaving, one of the lovely managers crossed paths with us near the foyer and thoughtfully asked if we had enjoyed our visit, with everything being to our satisfaction. We praised and named some of her wonderful staff, saying how helpful and kindly we’re treated and that we’ve always had an exceptional experience at the Park Royal Monash. She seemed very proud of her staff and promised that she’d pass on our kind words. Everyone here at Park Royal Monash seems to be sincerely invested in a positive experience for their customers. We love it and we’ll definitely be back.     Excellent customer service from front desk staff and restaurant staff at breakfast. Complimentary double room upgrade, welcome amenity and complimentary breakfast for GHA Titanium were honoured.However, bathroom cleanliness and shower pressure should be improved.     Failure to return 'POS authorisation'

    Hotel took a $100 'POS authorisation' which was not refunded 10 days later. I had to call and they had 'forgotten' Makes you wonder about their systems and how many other people this might have happened to. Check your cards! Also, please note that any point-of-sale pre-authorization on a debt or credit card, may take time to reappear in your account and is dependent upon your Bank being either local or an International Bank. We find Banks also advise that this time period, may take and number of days, from 5 to 10 working days on average to appear.     There is a reason that I cancelled my Titanium membership of GHA.. and this establishment certainly didn’t make me feel like I had made a mistake. Located above a shopping centre is ok if you need to visit big w? $100 hold on your credit card when there is nothing in the fridge other than 4 pods of long life milk. Had to be up early and a breakfast bag consisted of a bottle of water, some fruit and egg and bacon roll. Coffee was cold.
