    I was allowed in the room two hours before normal check-in. The room was brilliant as well Service. Luke on reception was very helpful and I loved the fact that there was ice already made in the freezer of the full size fridge. The large balcony was a major bonus.     Location & luxury with value for money. Walking distance to many restaurants, supermarket, fast food, shops all on the same road. Secure parking if required. Staff & host amazing. Quiet rooms. Bed & bedding excellent. Air conditioning great. TV large & highly functional. Kitchen well appointed.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punthill Apartment hotel. The check-in process was seamless, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and public transport options nearby. We look forward to returning!     Stay in a prosperous guest destination

    Punthill Essendon North is conveniently located in Keilor Road, there's easy access to Melbourne on the 59 Tram. Punthill Essendon North is on the way to Melbourne Airport. North Essendon has lots of eateries and coffee shops, including the Lincolnshire Arms, a popular local pub, is nearby. The Linc has an excellent dining room. Punthill Essendon North is popular with interstate and international guests. Essendon is a prosperous district that is developing as a residential and commercial area.     Stayed for the long long weekend. Front reception greeted us which was warm and friendly. Our room wasn't available until 3:30pm which we have told the staff that we'll be there at 2pm. As a Punthill member, we was suppose to receive a free bottle of red but never got that. What if we want chose to check in early? We totally understand Australia Day pubic holiday with no room service but there should be room service at least one day of the weekend. This accommodation does not offer weekend room service. Fresh towels, tea towels, hand towels are available in the gym. Room super clean but we do recommend to stay at least the one bedroom apartment for a couple. Parking is $35 a night, don't bother paying for that. Street park it's a safe area. Punthill Essendon North is really convenient spot.
