Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 69 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Great support from a hotel close to the airport

    Excellent little hotel after a long flight from Vietnam. They picked us up from the airport very late at night; offered us a late check out; and dropped us off at Broadmeadows Station the next day. The buffet breakfast was very nice as well.

    This hotel is a hidden gem in Westmeadows. Only 4 km from the airport with free shuttle bus to and from the airport via Broadmeadows railway station for those travelling on to the Goulburn Valley or Seymour. Excellent customer service and help from reception.Good restaurant and breakfast from 5.30 am. Hotel open 24/7. Beautifully landscaped and quiet rooms. Much cheaper and better quality than other Melbourne and Sydney airport accomodation.

    Located very close to airport. I took the bus there as it actually was faster but used free shuttle in morning. Was prompt and convenient. Desk clerks were all very friendly. Motel room access behind gates to keep rifraff out. Room slightly on the small side. Prepaid price on an OLTA was quite reasonable. Room was very clean. Wifi, TV with many channels, comfy bed, adequate lighting, fridge, microwave, and tea kettle with instant coffee and tea. Lots of hot water, two soap bars, shampoo and conditioner. Area is typical of airport area so a little gritty. Lots of fast food but not much else. Decent pizza place called Paladino's. No complaints.

    This is a hotel we have stayed at each year when we travel due to its handy location to the airport and the fact we leave our car at Andrew’s parking which is basically a couple of doors down. The rooms are adequate and fit for purpose when you just need a bed prior to flying out. However I am really disappointed with their attitude this year. We booked a non refundable room for our trip which is in 3 weeks. Unfortunately the airline rescheduled our flight unexpectedly by a couple of days. Now I completely understand that the room was booked as non refundable but I didn’t want a refund, just wanted to change to date by 3 days but they basically said it was not changeable either and I would have to book another room for the different night. I would have been ok with this if it was close to the date and they couldn’t resell it but it is 3 weeks away. Surely they could have allowed us to alter the date. Obviously we won’t be staying here again and we will make sure we pass on to everyone we know the type of customer service this establishment offers

    Good location for the airport, frequent shuttle busses and very friendly staff. Nice outdoor area by the garden rooms. Room a decent size and shower was good. Bed was quite comfy. Room needed a good clean, stains on the carpet and bedding dirty with stains top and bottom. The lock on the main door didn't lock. Luckily it had a catch chain which I used having just glown from the UK I didn't have the energy to go to reception to change rooms. Wouldn't stay again for the cleanliness reasons shame because this could be a really good hotel with some improvements
