The person at reception was very helpful. Told us how to get a drive thru uber as it was quicker and he was right. The room was great for one night. Very spacious. Clean easy undercover parking. Friendly people. Close to where we needed to go and no issues at all

Clean and large room. No toaster, had to ask for one. No breakfast service. Had a microwave. All basic rooms were full so had to step up to next level for higher price. But have stayed here previously in 1st level of rooms. This more expensive room is identical to the cheaper rooms. I have to question the truth of this.

We had a 3-night stay in a very spacious room with 2 x QB's, beds were very comfy, ensuite was clean & not cramped. Very impressed & very reasonably priced for the area. Great undercover & secure parking, but no lift, although we were able to drop our luggage off first, before parking.The one thing that let the place down was the wasted space of a not used dining room, such a shame as it would've added great atmosphere.

The queen room was large and very clean with a comfortable bed so nothing to complain about there. BUT we were expecting to be able to get breakfast. Not so lucky - there is no restaurant, no bar, no mini-bar, no food offering of any kind. When we got home all these things are still clearly advertised on their web page, here on Tripadvisor and in the folder in the room. I see from a previous review here that the restaurant was closed in 2022 - thats plenty of time to update their listings to tell the turth.

Huge rooms that were quiet at night and at a great price.

We stayed here for a night's business in Ringwood, Vic. The room was super spacious and the shower had great hot water with good pressure. I slept so well, and what else could you ask for in a hotel? Oh wait, it was also an amazing price and included parking. I absolutely recommend staying here if you have business in this end of the city.
