    Stayed at Quest Frankston for our anniversary as close to my husband favorite restaurant the one bedroom apartment was clean ( I’m a cleaner so very picky!! ) comfortable and had everything we needed even free parking unlike the one up the road ! Upon entering there was a bottle of sparking wine and snacks what a lovely gesture. Definitely will be back we always choose quest hotels and this one didn’t disappoint QuestFrankston, at Quest Frankston, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your 5/5 review!     Staff were great. Our room terrible, paper thin walls with next door noise from tv so loud & talking felt like they were in our room. Woken up at 5 am from neighbours snoring so loud .     Its a nice quaint property, decent rooms although could be a little cleaner. I was also a bit disappointed to see the pool not warm enough and no common sauna/steam room or other amenities for guests to use. Also a bit pricey given what was included. On the whole, average.     Apartment was spacious and well-maintained. Full kitchen facilities were appreciated - especially the provision of wine glasses. Beds were comfortable and the fsct there were different types of pillows in wardrobe was appreciated. Despite the location the room was quiet. Wasn't far to travel to find a range of dining optiond.     Location was excellent. Main beds comfortable - sofa bed not so. Staff attempted to remedy the situation but advised us all the sofa bed mattresses were being replaced the following weekend.
