    As I needed accommodation close to The Alfred Hospital this was perfect! Car parking is a little confusing but nothing that the staff didn’t help with. Great restaurant close by. Always good wheelchair access and cute little balcony.     This was a great location with trams right out the front. Reception staff were helpful, although they allowed long-term guests to queue-jump, which didn't make a great first impression. The room was spacious but very dark with zero natural light, so is only really ok for one night stays where you just need a bed. The bed was ok comfort wise. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved as the floor and shower had clumps of hair visible. Overall it was ok for the price but I would ask for a better room next time.     Highly recommend the Quest, we stayed as I had my Dad at the Alfred Hospital, was close to walk. So many places to eat etc around. The rooms are great, staff are amazing and helpful. Also close for me to catch tram into city, so easy.     Super comfy bed and luxurious rainhead shower were really appreciated after a long day's travel. The kitchenette was well fitted out. Room was quiet and soundproof, with good ventilation. I choose this stay for the location, and it didn't disappoint. Several good eateries either next door or a short walk away and a well stocked IGA for self-catering around the corner.
