    Awesome location a calm and clean environment.The staff is very supportive. I wish to stay here again.The only problem is they have 1 lift for all floors although it was working fine during my stay. Rooms are very spacious, with full privacy and facilities required for a perfect family stay.

    Room was not clean. Shower, basin and washing machine was mouldy. Cutlery was not clean in the drawer. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning or replacing the shampoo etc. Chairs were wobbly and likely to break. The room was good apart from these issues. Close to a tram stop.

    Exactly what it says it is. If anything photos don’t do it justice. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower!! Felt welcome and very safe. Staff provided excellent service and had great communication skills. Suburb is quiet and had a great atmosphere. Wonderful place to stay

    A great location metres down from the main tram line along St Kilda Road. Close to everything via tram and a nice walk if you’ve got the time and energy. Southbank and the Arts precinct about 1 km away. Check in was simple even though we were later than normal desk hours. Happy to arrange a later checkout and we’re able to store bags for us on the last day. Shower was amazing, great pressure and hot. Apartment was well set up to make breakfast and snacks with a set if 4 plates, cutlery and glasses. Bed was adequate if you are on the lighter side. Views of the city were nice especially at night. Would be good to have some seating outside to utilise the balcony space further. Apartment was clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly stay again.

    The place has amazing service with a beautiful room to stay in! The staff were not only friendly but were so happy to help us with any enquires we had about our stay. A beautiful room with a large balcony of an amazing view of the city! Located in a quite area but central to everything and easily accessible transportation and parking!
