    The oldest most run-down accom we have ever stayed in.

    We arrived at this place today. Should have taken notice of reviews. This place is much worse than any place I have stayed .Even most accom we have used in Bali is cleaner than this place.we had booked 3 nights in an apartment on arrival this not available of course.were offered 2 other rooms the first one the smell neally knocked you out the door. The other after getting in nothing worked. Tv broken no WiFi working. So we are now in our 3rd room. Somewhere else for us in the morning. What a bad start to our Melbourne leg of our journey.

    The staff was friendly enough. We were able to get a room last minute. Room was spacious, and the bed was neat and comfortable. We slept well. The room was a bit dim, but tolerable. It looked decent. The swimming pool was just beside our room (room 16).

    Worst place ever!!! The photos they show are very old back in it's prime days. The is only 1 pool. You had to walk through cigar

    Room was disgusting. Shower didn't function properly. Carpet had so many stains on it you couldn't tell what the colour was. Fly screen was broken. Air con was noisy. TV didn't work and wifi was terrible. We had booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st.

    Our room was at the back of the property looking out to the pool, and away from the highway.Would have been nice to sit on the verandah but the door is welded shut. As a result there isn’t good circulation so the room smells, like a combo of dust and mould.The power socket to the tv wasn’t working so after changing plugs we were left with one power socket in the whole room.Only 1 towel in the room on arrival. Reception took ages to find a 2nd for me, as though they were running short. Towel quality was excellent but no bath mat or face flannels. Bathroom was more updated than most of the room but vanity bowl had major cracks and toilet set misfitting.Beds appear to be the originals. Room seems dirty and unloved.

    Disgusting and dirty. Paid for a family room only to be swapped into a studio room. (Family of 4) all beds in one room and no kitchen. Everything was dirty. Shower, seating, walls, doors. Room slept 6 but only 3 glasses and 3 cups and 3 seats to the table. The seats were stained and had sticky arms. The fridge door was filthy and the heating/ aircon leaked water everywhere at the front door. When you open the wet front door water would go all over the tiles and drip on your head. Floor was sticky and made sticky noises when walked on. Worst experience ever. At 3pm the next day we had to ask if there was meant to be some type of housekeeping. The wall and cupboard doors had some kind of brown smeared on them and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was rank. Would not recommend no matter how desperate you are. Sleep in your car!!!
