Located on the fringe of Melbourne City, this city hotel is in close proximity to the famous Chapel Street and Toorak Road, with it is myriad of sidewalk cafes, restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. During leisure time, guests can explore the city and its surrounding attractions. The hotel offers easy access to all of Melbourne's famous attractions such as the MCG, Melbourne Park, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Federation Square, Shrine of Remembrance and the Botanic Gardens. South Yarra train station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 27 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     The apartment was spacious, very well appointed, clean, quiet and fabulously located in the heart of South Yarra. Free parking and easy strolling distance to trains and trams to the city or the culinary delights of the area. We loved the funky design and great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our midweek stay was great value too. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

    I ve stayed here 6 times and always enjoyed my stay. Staff friendly and very helpful.Studio is clean and equipped with appliances.Bed comfortable and always get a good nights peaceful quiet sleep.Location is ideal close to trams trains and coffee shops and restraurents.

    Great location with only a 5 minute walk to train station. The apartment is a little dated but still comfortable. A little disappointed we had no power to half of the apartment on arrival. Rectified by call to manager. There was no soap, body wash, shampoo , conditioner in containers. There is no lift to upper levels. Property could be enhanced by a good clean outside maybe with a high pressure water hose. Bonus was that there is carparking at the rear for$10 a night.

    Myself and my partner stayed here during our trip to Melb. Was enough for 4 nights and a good spot. A little out dated but didn’t affect my stay. Great location, close to train station. Was happy with our choice.

    On the website it says there is spa and gym and when we arrive the staff advice that they've just pulled the spa out so there is no spa and the signage were still in the hotel. Very misleading.when you first walked in the lobby looks grand but when you walked into the room it was very old and dusty. Dusty hairdryer,rusty kettle and service was worst ever. We were told that breakfast weren't include and the reception lady said 'if you are looking for good breakfast I recommend xxx' but when I showed my booking to the reception lady and she said 'oh yeah' and didn't even apologize. I'm entitled to a breakfast for the next day. And the service desk is always unattended. there was this medium-fat lady with black hair I don't know what's her name but she's the rudest person ever. We ask to swap a really rusty kettle from the phone wanted to make some tea and she said 'can't do it right now come down 15 minutes later! This is what a reception staff will say? And also we booked in for a king bed it turns up was 2 single bed joint together and was super uncomfortable and can feel the crack in the middle of the bed. This is what I paid for $209. Please don't go.
