The hotel has 4 lifts and features 283 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Absolutely appalling experience. We waited 30 minutes to check in 30 minutes with one solitary staff member at the desk and zero apology. No concierge, no help with bags, nothing. The staff we did interact with were rude and dismissive, treating us like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests.The room was no better. Bathroom facilities were tired and well below what you’d expect for the price, and the air conditioner was faulty broken fan speed.This hotel does not deserve the reputation — or the rates — it charges. Avoid.

    Fantastic location, rooms are always fantastic, so much better than a normal hotel. Staff so very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast caterer to all taste.

    I booked my accommodation a year ago and I have been upgraded to a queen suite. It’s in a very good and secure location and you can choose to walk to some attractions, shops and restaurants or take the tram or bus. I love the room, it’s clean and spotless. We have stayed in different apartment/hotel while visiting Melbourne in the past but this hotel is now our favourite.
