    Great Stay - Great Staff

    Great stay! Front desk was very friendly and efficient. We were early for check in but they tock all of our information and stored our luggage. Upon return our rooms were ready and they had us already checked in. The room was extremely pleasing and very clean. We were all tired as we had just arrived from Canada. The kitchen area was well stocked and again very clean. We were very impressed. Upon checking out we had people picking us up. The front desk allowed us to use their parking garage for our rides to pull into. They helped with our luggage and got us on our way. They went over and above. Can't go wrong here!

    We checked in on Christmas Day , the receptionist Ronnie was very imformotive and extremely helpful , our room was immaculate , tasteful and comfortable , Parking was not as difficult as some would imagine , the lifts equally were clean and worked efficiently , all in all we stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute , looking forward to checking in again next year Oh and big thanks to Stacy for getting new towels to our room

    We stayed at this Sebel for 2 nights to visit friends. Its situated opposite a small shopping mall with a Coles and a block from the main shopping road of Moonee Ponds. Close to many small restaurants. And only a short train ride or uber ride to the centre of Melbourne. 25mins to Tullamarine airport. We stayed in a King Suite which had a reasonable amount of room. Seemed well priced for where it was

    It was a lovely stay overall. The room was very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed with induction cooktop, good size fridge. The washer/dryer was great. Location was excellent - right in the middle of Moonee Ponds CentralOnly a few snags - car park entry a bit cumbersome (have to call reception then wait for them to buzz open the gate)- our room didn't have block out curtains in the living room for privacy at night- there was one air conditioner which was in the living room. It worked well but not powerful enough to cool the bedroom in 36 degree days.

    I stay frequently at the Sebel Moonee Ponds and I can't fault it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and courteous which is most appreciated. I love the size of the rooms - they are much bigger than normal hotel rooms and I especially love how there is a couch to sit on and watch tv from rather than having to recline on the bed (there is also a tv in the bedroom). The bathrooms are always tidy with plenty of towels and there is a full kitchen in the room - very handy if you don't want to eat out. The close proximity to the shops is brilliant. You can just walk down the door and cross the road and there's everything there you need.
