    Great location, but bed was like a rock

    Location is very convenient as you can walk to Marvel Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the CBD free tram zone. Hotel is neat and tidy, staff were happy to stow our bags while we went exploring then came back later to check in. Room was basic and clean. Sofa was very uncomfortable as it was a fold out bed and the seat cushion sinks in the middle, I sank in so much my feet lifted off the floor and I felt like I was falling in a toilet! Had to sit on the bed to watch the news (not a drama, but if you're going to put a couch in a room, you should be able to sit on it). The mattress was so hard, I woke up with a sore neck and hips, and the wheels need brakes because my bed rolled across the floor when I moved. Bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was perfect. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and yummy. I wouldn't stay here again, just because my body is so sore from the mattress, which is a shame because it's in such a great location.
