    Vibe Hotel provides an excellent all-round experience when staying in Melbourne. The rooms are spacious, the staff are professional and friendly, and the restaurant provides amazing food and cocktails.

    The customer service throughout our stay was genuinely outstanding — from reception and bar staff through to the kitchen and housekeeping teams. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in! A special mention to "Wahaj", who went above and beyond and really stood out.The location worked perfectly for us — central enough to easily explore Melbourne, with plenty of restaurants, shops and transport options right on our doorstep. Our room had a stunning view over the river and city, which gave the whole stay a really relaxed feel.Little things also made a big impression — the hotel's signature scent was lovely, elegant without being overpowering. The O&M haircare products throughout the hotel were a thoughtful touch too; a quality brand that really sets the standard.Breakfast had a great variety to suit everyone, and the pool was wonderfully warm — perfect for a dip on a cool day, with that amazing view as the backdrop.We'd absolutely come back without hesitation!

    A comfortable stay at a good location.Front desk was helpful, especially Ang. Small size but clean rooms. Points to ponder in terms of improvement: try to arrange some complementary water, breakfast needs to improve variety and quality wise.
