    I cannot fault this hotel, an all round amazing experience:-stunning hotel and views which is unique and architecturally designed -great service -amazing food including wonderful breakfast -Restaurant produced high quality and fresh food-Rooms clean, modern and stunning viewsI could not have asked for more out of our stay at RACV Cape Schanck!!

    Wow! Stayed here with my son. Played a wonderful golf, stayed and in wonderful room and maybe not surprisingly the food for evening meal & breakfast was wonderful! This venue was th highlight of my month in Australia.

    We chose RACV Cape Schanck to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation.From the moment we first reached out months before our stay, Billi, the Front Office Manager, ensured everything was seamlessly planned and personally curated. That level of care continued on arrival, where Jess welcomed us with the perfect room and a complimentary champagne to mark our anniversary. It immediately made us feel valued and celebrated.The highlight of our stay was our fine dining experience at Cape. Chef Scott, Restaurant Manager Jack, and the wonderful service team Bri and Lennon created a truly memorable evening with a personalised anniversary menu. Every dish was beautifully presented, delicious, and thoughtfully explained, turning dinner into a genuine experience rather than just a meal.Samphire restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner, with consistently friendly and attentive staff who made dining relaxed and enjoyable. The bar is a destination in itself, showcasing an impressive collection of rare wines and spirits dating back to 1967, laid out in a way that invites you to explore the stories behind each bottle.With the stunning golf course, the nearby Cape Schanck Lighthouse, and easy access to Flinders and Arthur’s Seat, the location perfectly complements the resort experience.RACV Cape Schanck is ideal for special occasions. Exceptional service, outstanding dining, and a team that genuinely cares. Thank you to Billi and the entire team. We’ll certainly be returning, and much sooner than planned.

    Major disappointment - no ocean view

    Recently we stayed at Cape Schank Resort to celebrate my husband’s birthday.Friday night $606 Saturday night $673 total $1283 breakfast included.The ONLY reason I chose this place was for the ocean view.There were trivial issues such as no bath robes, clothing in the cupboard from a previous guest, limited room service menu and at breakfast paying for a barista coffee.Again, the only reason we chose this place was for the ocean view.We were very disappointed that the view we had was of a golf course, houses and the carpark.A golf course is not a panoramic view, all golf courses are pretty much the same lots of grass and groups of people hitting a ball.I am writing this review so that future guests are aware that instead of ocean views they might get an uninteresting golf course view.
