    Ideal location. Friendly atmosphere. My unit room was lovely but I do want to say that a small 2 burner hot plate would have been handy to have the option to cook yourself a night meal. Very good value for money. I was there for 10 nights so the unit was only serviced on one occasion. But I was able to manage for that time and the cleanliness was easy to maintain. No issue with noise levels. If I needed anything the staff were very helpful. Having a restaurant on-site was nice and handy.

    Don’t book the old rooms

    Stayed in a Palm Family Suite. Only one night which was enough. Room is very large and fits our family of 6 comfortably. Good location, affordable and friendly check in staff, also sent email with restaurant recommendations prior to arrival. However….Bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Wore thongs/flip flops in shower and around room. Hot water takes a few minutes to come through, which feels like a long time when you’re standing and waiting, toilet didn’t flush properly, no wifi in room, ‘kitchen’ very old, stain on carpet that I didn’t want to think too hard about. Could also hear people partying in room next door. I’m sure they have nicer rooms but we are not in one of them. Reading other reviews, seems they have a range of accommodation. Only good thing is we were only here for a night and it was cheap. Kalbarri is a lovely spot too.

    Kalbarri is small so easy to find the Palm Resort. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 70 - Hibiscus studio or suites as they call them. Spacious, clean and excellent beds and small kitchenette to prepare coffee and breakfast. Big bath room and balcony. It was very quiet so we slept well. The kangaroos on-site added to the Aussie atmosphere for sure. Two small pools and a warm spa. Location excellent and we really enjoyed our stay here.

    Great value for money. Lovely grounds, wallabies grazing in the morning and emus around in the afternoon. The ladies in reception were all so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Buddha Bites located on site was great too. The Gorges cafe is where we went for coffee.

    We had a nice large room, a television, a little kitchenette, and also a fairly good bathroom. We went into the pool every day and had great fun. There are also clothes washing facilities (that come at a cost) on-site, which is handy. They also have a takeaway restaurant that we visited. A kangaroo and her joey visited us early one morning when we woke up. There are also allocated parking spaces.
