    A good location for the visit in Exmouth

    We stayed for three nights in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was quite expensive for what it was and felt quite basic, although it had the necessary facilities for a self contained unit. Each bedroom had two single beds. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. The bathroom and living area were small. The bathroom included a washing machine. Unfortunately, due to the recent cyclone, the swimming pools were all closed. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful as was a maintenance person who helped with the operation of a induction cook top which appeared to malfunction.

    Found it a convenient place to stay for 3 nights while in Exmouth

    Stayed here as part of an organised trip with our group of 21 clients and staff.It was a convenient place to stay, in easy walking distance of the main shopping centre and many restaurants. The bar and pool were well situated, and the availability of the laundry was well utilised after almost 10 days on the road. We dined here one night and the food was great. Our group move around and ate at different places the other 2 nights.

    Rooms not regularly serviced but adequate and spacious. Reception closes at 19.00 No wifi but in the communals. A bistro attached at a distance serves adequate basic pub food. Adequate parking facilities but even the Hotel rubrique at the entrance has some letters missing. What attracted us emotionally was the association with the memorial. Centrally located in a town that has no historic charm but interesting natural and man made sights in the broader area, the peninsula. Less expensive that the competition from the leaders. The reception is populous but not subtle and broadly knowledged, even in supplying a pain killer on a Sunday.

    We stayed one night at Potshot resort. Efficient and friendly check in. We stayed in a king size bedroom on the ground floor. Clean, great bed, new airco, good size bath room. Location wise excellent near shopping centre. They have a nice small pool and the overall vibe was good. A lot of work men use the hotel as well but that did not bother us. Quiet at night but as with most style motels you can hear some noise from people outside. Nothing bothersome though. Would recommend!

    Travelled May 2025Good things about this Resort (not a resort by any means). Bed was comfy, pool was nice and easy pick up for tours/airport transfer.Bad things1. Very little gluten free food available even though they told us it was available on their menu when we emailed them.2. Standard ground floor rooms are extremely noisy with carpark, noisy guests and loud music from restaurant3. Room was very old and needed maintenace except for bathroom.If we hadn't contacted the staff asking about gluten free availability then it would be our mistake staying here but to be given incorrect information on meal availability for a medically required diet rather then a diet by choice vegan/vegetarian is just not acceptable. If you are on a gluten free diet and want to shed a few kilos or want to party or not get an early night for morning tours then this is the place for you.I don't recommend this place unless it is a last resort!We will give this place a miss on our next trip
