We stayed here last year and had a credit for a week's stay in one of the Seaview Cottages.A rental car was available for our use also booked the previous year.Lovely friendly reception and after some mix up with rooms, we made some new friends.Cottage is very comfortable with full fridge, stove, oven, microwave and all the cutlery and utensils.Large TV, sofa, dining room table with 4 chairs and a single comfortable chair. Radio and ceiling fan. Bedroom has 2 full cupboards, a Queen size bed and a single, large bathroom. Deck with seating and an amazing view over looking Philip Island and Kingston but you can't see Kingston for Norfolk Island Trees.Liquor shop with duty free prices on site.Motel units available also.Garden like setting. Free range chickens, dont feed them or encourage them on your deck. Walking distance to Burnt Pine Shopping area and Hili's restaurant and Governers lodge.Thank you for another amazing stay.Highly recommend this place, the owner is very accommodating and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a nice stay.See you again sometime.

Best place to purchase alcohol on Norfolk Island

This place is just out of the village but it is less expensive than the place in the village and very good selection at great duty free prices.

Incredible view of Phillip Island! Free laundry facilities, costs nothing to wash or dry clothes. Organised our hire car, airport transfers etc. Quiet place, yet very close to main street. We had a basic room, but it was comfortable and met our needs. We were mainly out all day every day anyway. Can't beat the view there!

Very Clean, Comfortable beds, Extremely friendly staff. The only downside was that it was not very organised. The all inclusive package was not explained well and the schedule had inconsistencies. Which tours needed vouchers and which did not would have been nice to know.The staff were very willing to help and extremely approachable.I think it would be helpful for the hotel to add a more detailed 'welcome sheet with some inital explanations, contact details for the cab service, tours and restraunts.This was a loverly place to stay for a week. Great views of the ocean. Room was a little on the small side, but quite comfortable. The place is not new and flashy, but it made up for this by being well lighted with natural breeze.I wasn't sure how it would go with no air conditioning, but the breeze was more than sufficient.

Disappointed to arrive at Seaview to find that the pool had been drained. Would have been nice to know prior as I booked here because of the pool. Room smells musky & like it hasn’t been aired in years. Definitely wishing that I had booked elsewhere on Norfolk Island.
