    As a regular of this motel, I was very disappointed with the treatment by management. I had ongoing issues over multiple stays, smelly bathrooms, dead cockroaches, noisy rooms on the main road, but overlooked them as part in parcel of being in a remote location. However, an ongoing issue was with the fridge. First stay, my food froze and had to be binned. Spoke to the cleaning staff who said it is an ongoing problem. Second stay, my fridge was too warm, food had to be binned. Both times front office was alerted, nothing done. Third time, frozen again, had to be binned.Informed staff who told me it was on me to check temperature, use the correct shelf and I was the only one to have this problem-and they can't be bothered fighting over fridges so find somewhere else to stay.Rude, poor customer service from an arrogant manager. Of course, I will find somewhere else to stay, where I don't waste my money, or my food.

    Nice clean room with secure parking. A little pricey but then again so are the rest of the places in town. Great location, across the road from the Buffs Club

    We stayed in a Superior Queen Room #13. Room was quite spacious with a kitchenette and desk space. Bathroom had a quite narrow walk in shower but was fine for us and toilet. The bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom and served as the kitchen sink as well. Having a microwave, kettle and toaster was handy for us for breakfasts in the morning. Beds were comfy. Parking was free and located right outside the room. We ate across the road at the Buffs Club. Everything was an easy 5 min walk away including a Woolworths and Coles. We would stay here again if we were back in Mount Isa for sure

    Our room here had the vanity sink separate to the bathroom. A big flat screen TV and Netflix. Some of the motel units facades are painted to look like a shop front. It's very cute. The smell from the industry chimneys was awful and hard to get use to. Other guests staying here can smoke outside their room so you could hear their conversations. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were in pump packs rather than one use sample packs.
