    i was very surprised, the room has very good WiFi reception, is well appointed - with good TV , kettle, toaster , fridge and a CLEAN room and ensuite- i definitely will be back here and highly recommend this as a great business stop over

    Still a very happy traveller after staying 2 nights, they owners could not be more helpful & friendly. The rooms are on the smallish side, but there's a nice double bed, tea/coffee, microwave, kitchen sink & a fridge/freezer combo with 2 twist to empty ice trays which is a nice change from nothing at all. However, I have to call out the big attraction, that being the kitchen which offers an all you can eat buffet Breakfast (1 free with 2 nights) & Dinner (at additional cost) with a good 3hr sitting morning and night with a great range of hot & cold food & deserts, drinks etc. And for $20 you can take a very good cold lunch.I won't stay anywhere else in Mt Isa.

    You're welcome in this mining town Mt Isa, Queensland☀️This mining town with approx. 25,000 people stay here for business and pleasure. Mt Isa is largely a mining town located within the inner region of Queensland. A warning ⚠️ as the extreme heat may range from 30-50oC in high summer from (Nov-May) and will be cooler in temperatures (June-Oct) in the year. The early morning sunrises may begin 5am and, sunsets 7pm are golden. The sunburned red orange in depth and fantastic rich views in colour. This mining town has vast infrastructure projects that include minerals, iron, ore, copper, gold mining. We discovered Lake Moonwarra for a glorious time with love for adventure i.e. watersports, fishing, hiking, birdwatching. DM me more details 😉. Thanks again for having us all; we will return again.. together in August with my family for la Rodeo. See you soon!     An absolute gem in the outback

    After a long ride from Normanton it was a real delight, the rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious but the real stand out is the dining, for $30 they have an all you can eat dinner buffet which is extensive and very very tasty (best Ive had in a very long time) and includes deserts, the buffet breakfast is included and is also extensive. The amazing thing is that there is pre-packed cakes and lunches which are also available. As the proprietor said on arrival, anything you need, let us know.Highly recommended!
