    This is not a 4 star hotel. There seems to be a big difference between reviews, so maybe the people that are booked for a conference get a better floor/room. I booked direct with the hotel for 5 nights, so huge disappointment that this place is so run down & dirty. My room had mold in the shower, the bathroom floor looked like it had never been mopped, visible stains on the lounge cover that wasn't even properly zipped on & hard mattress. Wasn't somewhere to relax. It was a nightmare just to find the entrance, as it is around the back & poorly signed.
