    Rude staff specially the Asian girl with the American accent. Very noisy outside and inside the hostel with people getting drunk through the night and the in the yard people keep the sound at the last volume all night.

    BE WARNED!!! Front desk staff rude, unfriendly and inflexible.Though it was not listed as a requirement when booking, was told I would not be allowed to stay without sending a copy of my passport (no other forms of ID accepted) to the reception. This needs to be clearly stated on the listing before booking otherwise it is false advertising and will cause many people to be stranded without a place to stay.Corridors smell like smelly feet, room was dusty and tiny. Bathrooms need a serious clean. Elevators all out of order. No towel provided - need to bring own. You get what you pay for.

    I stayed in this hostel several times. It is a nice place, very clean and the staff is friendly. You can find everything you need.The location is perfect, close to the shops,retaurants.. I recommend this hostel!

    Every time we come back to Perth we return to this hostel! Very good reception, the common areas are clean and pleasant as well as the rooms. Very good location too ! We will come back again and again!

    Been here a few times and always feels like coming home! Great crew, they try to help everywhere they can. Clean hostel and perfect location. Definitely recommend this please. Shoutout to Huey and Ron!
