    I stayed with family & friends at the resort from 18th November to 5th December. The facilities are perfect, the apartments are clean and comfortable and having a washer & dryer was great. It is in a good location for travelling and within walking distance of a small shopping area and a great pub. The pool area was great, kept clean, the jacuzzi & steam room are a nice addition.The reception staff were amazing, friendly and helpful feeling like nothing was too much trouble, we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely stay there next time we visit.

    Great location in lovely suburb, close to the CBD and amenities. Staff friendly and welcoming and when asked they were happy to assist me. Apartment itself basic but very clean and tidy. Plenty of space and storage. Only downside staying here in summer it may be slightly uncomfortable due to not have AC in bedrooms and only in lounge area. Great that parking there is free.

    We are a group of lady golfers that have stayed here every year for the past 7 years. Whilst it’s great value for money, a great location , it’s the staff who are the downfall . On checking in we truly felt like we had done something wrong by even asking for a second key and then rudely told not to take a second car into the car park ( we were only unloading our gear for a five day stay ) We were each given only 1 towel each and on asking for a second , we were also rudely told no, take your towel to reception and get another. I really hope this is addressed as the 22 of us that stayed will go elsewhere

    A very good quality and well appointed apartment close to the city.Full size refrigerator and nice compact kitchen.Separate bedroom and sitting area.Only down side is there is no resturant only a Cafe. However, there are plenty of nice pubs and restaurants close by.Highly recommend

    Broadwater is is little dated, but as a result, is very good value for money. It’s one of the few places that comfortably accommodate a bigger family and is walking distance to restaurants, a great pub and supermarkets. The pool is great for the kids!
