Situated in the heart of the business district, this city hotel in Perth is just minutes' walk from the key commercial buildings, government offices and entertainment centres. Value for money, reception staff welcoming.

Reception staff friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. Price is cheap. Room nice and clean. Space. The bathroom lights, 5 or 6 lights over bathroom mirror, made me feel like a star. This property is value for money. Again, thankyou to reception staff who helped and made me feel welcome a long way from home.

I booked this hotel through Priceline. It is a good location. The images displayed on Priceline of rooms however are not the room supplied. Booked four nights, stayed one.

Eveything you need from a budget hotel in a superb location

Eveything you need from a budget hotel in a superb location. Except wifi - it is virtually non-existent and the lack of a phone signal in my room meant that I had to go out to get online. Not a problem as it happened, but it would put some people off.

I think this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, location may be good but is in dire need of renovation, wouldn't like to guess when it last had a lick of paint, never seen carpets so threadbare to the point of being dangerous, room was good size & clean but had a really small frosted glass window so no view outside at all, parts of hotel haven't been open in years i.e bar area , breakfast area etc, such a depressing hotel & reception staff all men not helpful at all , stayed for 3 nights unfortunately, never again

Although the hotel is quite dated it is a good budget hotel in the CBD. The room was large and clean, beds comfortable, nice shower and well stocked with tea and coffee. Very pleasant reception staff and very helpful, as we arrived very early before check in time we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. Hay Street Mall, Murray Street Mall were only minutes walk from the hotel, Perth train station was less than a 10 minute walk as was Barrack Square where the Rottnest ferries departed. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the stop at Barrack Street for the free bus to Kings Park was just around the corner.
