Good location, just a few stops on the train out of the city centre. Great rooms, amazing breakfast.

Great hotel on the Crown complex at Burswood, just a couple of stops on the train from the city centre. So easy to get in and out on the train. Great breakfast at the Crown plaza, a quick 5 minute walk to the adjacent hotel. Excellent buffet selection, not enough days to try everything! Good food court if you’re on a budget.

    Promenade Perth Perfect

    rating19 Mar 2026

Looking for somewhere to recover from jet lag after long flight and enjoyed our stay at Crown Promenade Perth. Had a first floor balcony room in the Promenade building(there is also the Tower and Metropol buildings) and found it to be smaller and quieter than the other buildings. The Promenade is it has its own gym and pool. (but you can ask the front desk for swipe card if you want access to the larger Metropol gym and pool) There is a large selection of restaurants within the Crown complex or just NE near the Circus Park is several bars to pick from. We really enjoyed the extensive amount of paths along the Swan River. I would recommend walking down to About Bike Hire and renting bikes to explore them all. There are so many other attractions here as well like Optus stadium, Crown theatre or casino. We had and amazing stay and would like to return to further explore area.

Staff are a disgrace to hotel industry.

Would not recommend staying in this hotel, check in was one of the worst ever, totally disinterested staff, not at all welcoming, not helpful, seemed like like we were interrupting their day by checking in, its your job, so do it and do it well. After spending over $1000 on food, drinks, show and hotel, to then be charged $11 upon check out for 2 small bottles of water from the room is a disgrace, i complained to the manager on duty, Alex, who apologised and stated it is management policy to charge for water, he assured me we would not be charged, well seems he lied, as next day I was charged, very unprofessional Alex.So in short, because of the principle of it, I will never stay or set foot in a Crown business again, I would rather sleep on a park bench or sleep in a ditch then give Crown a cent of my money.Avoid like the plague.

    An Absolute Shocker!!!

    rating10 Feb 2026

This is possibly the worst place I have stayed in ever, from reception to the porters and the management in general were blunt, abrupt and displayed no customer service quality at all. In fact they seemed to not care in the slightest.I checked in online to make their job easier prior to arriving, however when I arrived the receptionist just asked my name and then handed me an envelope with no explanation of where to go or how to get there, I asked where do I go and the reply was over there (pointing) with no other help whatsoever.Further I wanted to take my own bags to my room but was told I wasn’t allowed to? I also had some takeaway mid-strength beer that I wanted to take to my room, I was refused and told they have a policy that guests couldn’t take their own drinks. Obviously so you have to pay their very expensive mini bar prices!I have stayed in hotels all over Australia and in fact the World and have never ever experienced this. The room is not spacious by any stretch of the imagination and the bathroom quite small and not functional at all.In all this has been a very disappointing experience! I am not one to write reviews normally but this warrants me taking the effort so that others don’t have to go through what I have!!Never ever again will I stay in this place!!! It’s a BIG NO, NO, NO, from me!!!

    Probably never again

    rating30 Jan 2026

We paid $1000 for two nights for our anniversary. We opted not to do dining breakfast so we could just chill in the room with no pressure to be showered and dressed to go for breakfast (55 per head per day for full breakfast). Ordered room service breakfast. Worst menu I’ve ever seen couldn’t just get bacon and eggs. Ordered omelette. It came in a cardboard box with no eating utensils. By the time they bought those it was cold and had to eat it out of a cardboard box. There were no robes in the room and when we went in the pool it was in a state of disrepair.
