Location

Located at the western end of the central business district, the hotel is within easy reach of everything Perth has to offer. A short stroll will lead guests right to the heart of the city, with its vibrant malls, shopping areas and to the central and western business districts. It also is close to Northbridge with its exciting nightlife and just a few minutes' drive from the magnificent Kings Park. There is easy access to the train and bus terminals and the excellent freeway access makes the hotel a great place for guests to base themselves whether staying for business or pleasure. Perth Airport is about 10 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 278 rooms, including 6 junior suites, 60 suites and 13 studios, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine.     We had a comfortable stay at Four points by Sheraton, Perth. From the moment we arrived, the service was good, with smooth check-in and great hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the service was great. It is conveniently located just opposite RAC Arena. CAT bus stop, Waterboom outlet mall, all within 5-7 mins of walk, making it easy to explore various parts of Perth city. Room is spacious (though dated) and the partition is thin, we could hear the noise from our neighbors room. Luckily, during our stay, the room beside ours was occupied only for a day.The only thing that we found strange and have not seen anywhere else, was limited air conditioning controls from room. We can't control the fan speed of air conditioning ourselves, have to call the guest service to change the airflow. Overall, a very comfortable stay for a 3 or 4 star hotel.

    Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days whilst travelling through Perth. Hotel was clean and hospitable, breakfast was nice and staff on reception desk were very amenable. Air conditioning was very welcome after a hot days sightseeing. WiFi was good and constant.

    Very nice hotel in a good location, just a short walk to pubs,restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and rooms clean and comfortable and food very good. Would highly recommend.

    A good hotel with very good public transportation options close by. We had a nice room that was very quiet with a comfortable bed. Our room was made up each day and it had a nice hot shower. Happy Hour at the downstairs lounge was pleasant.

    Excellent service by Kunwar, Philip , Justin (or Gerald) , Harsh (emails) . Went out and beyond. Made my kid feel special on his birthday, with li'l cakes and pastries. Even the restaurant staff greeting and bringing up a nice small cake. But again, Kunwar and Philip deserves all the kudos for an excellent guest service. We had checked out and came back after a couple of days. We requested if we could have the same rooms. On coming back, they upgraded us to a beautiful family room too. Hotel scores on location. 10-12 mins walk to the central locations, K-mart, fast food, restaurants. Car rentals are behind the hotel too. Bus stops : the Cats, nearby. Mini-mart near by. This could be my first 5-star review too. It was indeed a great experience and an overall holiday and ofcourse the hotel was part of the memory.To think of any area of improvement would be : the bathroom door design- lights passes through onto the bed. Can really wake you up when use the bathroom in the night. A re-design of wardrobe would be good too, if you stay for more than 3 nights with multiple luggages with you. But again, that's a personal opinion if you don't prefer out-of-suitcase kinda stay. The chef did cook up something vegetarian for us for breakfast, as there aren't much on the breakfast spread.And unfortunately, during our stay, the gameroom PlayStation wasn't functional. Room service was good too.
