  A VERY BIG Disappointment

  I would like to mention our 3 bedroom ground floor apartment 410 was beyond disappointing. I've rarely written a poor review with any accommodation and we travel frequently but on this occasion I definitely need to. On entering our apartment, we were greeted with the most pungent smell of dampness and it became evident there had been a serious flood at some time. We opened the patio doors to try and reduce the smell and unfortunately that did not go away for the 3 days that we were there. While I was outside I looked in the pool and I definitely would not have considered swimming in it. Apart from bugs, leaves and grime, it was not very inviting at all and the temp was cold. I do not know how they took that photo on the website as the outside area looked so very nice, on a fine day the sun hardly reached the pool. Our actual apartment had grime in the main bathroom in the toilet and shower and was so dusty in every room and generally very run down.I'm sure the other apartments could not possibly be like Room 410 , its just a shame you don't know your room number before you book.

  AVOID!! Worst experience of my life

  Avoid this place. Absolute disaster, I have never ever been so disrespected in my life. Our travel agent booked this accommodation for us. There was a mix up with the check out date and we were at work. Our travel agent negotiated a later checkout of 3pm. In my lunch break I went to the apartment and found that management had taken it upon themselves to pack up our stuff. We were travelling with our two kids and no care or consideration was given to our belongings at all. Please see attached photos of our things strewn around their office. My earrings were found on the floor, pictures my kids had drawn were covered in coffee and not recoverable, iPads and devices were chucked into plastic bags. My kids medication was thrown into bags and has leaked everywhere. This treatment is absolutely disgusting and on top of that, the managers behaviour was deplorable. He was aggressive and rude and then demanded a credit card for the late checkout. DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOIDAlso: washing machine did not work and there was no hot water in the showers 👎🏻

  Spacious apartment close to everything

  Lovely spacious apartment with three bathrooms (two had showers) and three bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a small laundry room also in the apartment. Lovely quiet complex close to the town centre and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Wifi worked well. There are plentry of restaurants in the town and the prison museum is only right behind the apartment. Great base for travelling around and a parking space is available. The balcony and pool area are at the back of the building and rarely get the sun. Entrance to the car park is narrow but it was good to have a parking space. You can hop on the train into Perth city centre - journey 25 minutes.

  Good accommodation, great location

  A very good situated apartment in walking distance of the main attractions in Fremantle city centre. From the balcony there is a nice view of the historic Prison. The apartment is modern and very spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher and coffee machine. It is well equipped but there weren’t enough spoons and forks for our family of six and we could have done with some cleaning cloths. The bed are super comfy and there is a lot of storage space throughout the accommodation. Wifi works very well but it took us forever to figure out the written down password. Overal an excellent stay and we will definitely be back.

  Location is great, lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to most things. Handy parking.We stayed expecting it to be a lot nicer. It is not a lux as it appears on the photos. The pool is nice and big not not heated, in permanent shade and freezing. The lights on the pool are also dangerous and hanging by their cords not installed correctly into the pool. The spa was out of order with a cone on top.The apartment was clean in some areas, couch was dirty and there was a massive wet sticky area of floor boards in two of the bedrooms. The bin in the kitchen was filthy, the wall nearby was also dirty. The air con didn't work in the main bedroom and occasionally worked in the second bedroom. It was very hot to sleep in the apartment. Bed's were comfortable but not made very well - slap dash and untucked - made me question if the sheets were changed at first. Bathroom lights are too dim to see well. Shower head points to the wall only. Tv is very old, no smart channels, wifi was patchy and didn't really work. It is an ok place to stay, but not worth the rate charged over a weekend. We were disappointed but still enjoyed our stay in Fremantle due to it's location.
