    Lovely place to stay in Margaret River

    An excellent location to stay if visiting Margaret River. Close to town but far enough away from the busyness of the township. Excellent facilities, beautiful gardens and outside facilities for a swim or game of tennis. And a lovely bbq area on the lake. The staff are exceptional, very customer focused and offering lots of advice depending on what you want to do in Margaret river. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful old world atmosphere with all the mod cons. And easy parking for free.

    What an amazing place to stay. The building and grounds are absolutely stunning. The rooms are huge and full of charm, they even serve afternoon tea! The location is just out of Margaret River town, but we walked into town and back and it was a nice walk - though no lights at night on the path once you get about halfway. They also have recommendations for local taxi's, so ask the front desk. We would definitely stay again!     Excellent couples experience in this historic Basildene Manor, of course with beautiful grounds and modern luxuries.     An amazing experience in luxury!

    We had 2 amazing weeks at Basildene Manor. If I could give it a rating of 6 plus I would! The rooms are large, luxurious and well presented. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and well cared for.There was also a guest laundry that you don’t have to pay for. There was coffee and tea available all day in the conservatory and afternoon tea after 3.00. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating with Ally even delivering afternoon tea to us! Nothing was too hard for them.When we left we were presented with scones and jam.
