    Great stay, poor location for a accessibility room

    We enjoyed our stay, the room was mostly good, the staff and buffet was awesome. Our problem with the room (215) was it was an accessibility room, in a corner next to the housekeeping closet.Between the very narrow entrance hallway and the occasional trolleys by the door, if you’re in other than a small wheelchair it would be very difficult to turn the corner and get through the hallway.It is also almost impossible to turn into the bathroom from the hallway.Once you get into the bathroom it is very roomy.

    Great hotel, right in the heart of the city. Good room size and amenities. Good buffet breakfast but can get busy, pick your time wisely. Reception friendly and looked after our cases as we were not heading out of town until late afternoon. Perfect.

    This is one of the nicer Holiday Inn's we have stayed in. The staff is friendly and recognizes my Premium Elite status with genuine comments and treatment. It is within easy walk of the Perth Underground from which you can get to/from the airport with ease. There's a lot of food options nearby though I would avoid the bar/restaurant attached...limited menu, not so great pizza. The free drinks we got from the front desk were pretty poor quality wine and Swan beer. I'll be back to the hotel, though. Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable.

    Average Hotel. The lifts were dirty. The room was clean and the receptionist was helpful. They could have had cleaner lobbies.

    First hotel ever where staff have acted on the concerns of a customer and changed things.We booked for two nights, and due to a change of circumstances, we had to add an extra night. We're told that we would have to move rooms as the additional night couldn't be added to the original booking. We were given a room on the top floor and unfortunately due to building works it was noisy and our compliant was dealt with straight away. There was a slight issue with a dirty toilet, but it was seen to immediately, and we were given complimentary parking as a result.The restaurant is good for a really great breakfast. Unfortunately, some customers were not using the right utensils to serve themselves, i.e., mixing gluten-free with other good stuff. We spoke to who I suppose was the head chef, and he was brilliant and made sure it would not happen again. He even made my wife, who is a coeliac a special breakfast on our last day. A big thank you to Emmi Benson and the head chef (who's name I didn't get but had a beard and sligh grayish hair)for taking on board our suggestion and dealing with our concerns
