    I was surprised after staying at other Ibis properties that this place could be classed under the same banner. Wow, what a let down !I did get a discounted rate, but even then, after walking into the room I was seriously looking at booking somewhere else. We persevered as we only there for one night.The room is Very small, with only a double bed, & no bed side tables.The bathroom is more like a corner cupboard.In saying that, the non smart TV worked, the bed was reasonably comfortable, the a/c kept us cool, & the water was hot.The reception staff were friendly & helpful.The area, while close to the airport, I would class as "dodgy". There were a number of notes saying "don't leave valuables in your car".Would I stay there again?Absolutely Not !

    Very expensive for what you get! Not even bedside tables, had to use the top of the mini fridge on one side of the bed. Ants in the bathroom, kettle & around the bed. Awful smell! One of the reception staff was lovely & very helpful. Certainly wouldn't recommend & not particularly convenient location either!

    This place is horrible. Filthy dirty. Dark hair all over the floor in the bathroom and it smelt awful. Stay any where else.

    Strange sewer smell on arrival, reception sparse and reminds of a police custody suite, all white walls and blue doors, quite dirty outside and inside, room basic which you expect for budget hotels, drain in bathroom partially blocked by old hair and dirt, bathroom tiles dirty, wall damaged, air conditioner rattles but gives plenty of cold air on a hot day, room smelt of same sewer aroma, all up ok for one night if you just need a bed cheap but anywhere else would be better, needs a renovation and plenty of bleach, not worth the price really, looks like a prison inside and out.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE!!Extremely disappointed with my experience at Ibis Budget Perth Airport. I never received my late check-in details until 2:30am, meaning I couldn’t access the room I’d already paid for. I tried contacting the property multiple times with no answer, I left voicemails, sent emails, and even called again on the day of check-in.When they finally called back, the lady said she’d send through my late check-in instructions… except she didn’t. I landed in Perth with nowhere to stay, and only received the access instructions by text message at 2:30am, the morning of check-out! Who does that?!Afterwards, I reached out directly to the hotel and received no response at all, so I contacted Wotif, who I booked through, to help resolve it. Even they couldn’t get a response from the hotel after multiple attempts. I’ve now spent weeks chasing a refund for a stay I never even got to use.Really poor customer service, no communication, and no responsibility taken. Avoid this hotel unless you want to risk being left stranded in the middle of the night.
