Located on the eastern side of Perth's central business district, the aparthotel is within close proximity of several of the city's major local attractions, including Swan Bells belltower, Perth Mint, Queens Gardens and Subiaco Oval. Cottesloe Beach is around 12.5 km from the city hotel and Perth International Airport is approximately 9 km away.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable.What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience.     Warm Hospitality and Spacious Comfort—Still My First Choice at Mantra

    This is my second stay at Mantra, and it was wonderful to see Michelle again—the kind lady who greeted us during my first visit last winter. The reception staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and well-equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils. The only issue we encountered was cockroaches in the bathroom, likely coming from the drain.     Not the best that you would expect from an Accor Group Hotel

    Where do we start… the first room we had was a disability room the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor to the point where the water was under the clothes dryer I couldn’t even use the hairdryer for fear of getting electrocuted. When we advised reception they were reluctant to move us. When they did the room they put us in did not include a balcony like we had paid for. The room cleanliness was not that great the kitchen and bathroom could do with a good scrub. Overall we’re very disappointed in the presentation of the room. No internet from around 7.30-8.00 pmish at night to me very substandard. The girls on reception were helpful but the guys were not.     Great hotel great staff especially have to deal was some rude pushy clients. I enjoyed my stay..great location great pool. Restaurants close by and freely stops close to hotel into perth.     We stayed at Mantra on Hay 3 separate times, and on 3 separate levels, over the course of 8 nights. The upside was that they minded our luggage for us when we went travelling in between.First stay (5th Floor)Shower cap covering the smoke detector.Balcony door extremely difficult to open.Basin in one of the bathrooms very slow to drain (almost blocked).No face-washers or hand towels.Only one chair on balcony.Reception not operating at 7:00am as we had been told it would be so we could store luggage prior to leaving for our first trip away.Second stay (6th Floor)Door to one of the bedrooms not possible to be closed.No face-washers or hand towels.Third stay (8th floor)Lift not working up to 8th floor for us and other guests.Refrigerator not working (food spoilt).Microwave not working.Toaster power outlet not working.Only one chair on balcony.We finally got reimbursed for breakfast after having to leave my bank details and the manager deciding if we would get reimbursed. In my opinion it should have been immediately offered considering the situation. While I’m glad the reimbursement was eventually arranged, I understand that the process felt unnecessarily complicated given the circumstances.
