    I’m sorry to have to write this review, however it’s important to set expectations for future guests. I stayed in the 116 spa suite as I wanted to treat myself - however the tv is pretty much useless. It connects to wifi but won’t allow you to login to your Google account and when I asked at reception I was told that they know but the owner won’t buy a new one. YouTube is the limit of streaming services available too (and you can’t login so it doesn’t work) so no Netflix, Prime etc. There are only the usual digital tv channels. So no tv my entire stay. The suite itself is dated (the photos are deceiving) with ripped wallpaper, but comfortable other than that. The spa worked well. The complex is fine however there is no lift and I had heavy bags so dragging them up the stairs was a feat. Wouldn’t stay again, unfortunately. Perhaps the other rooms are better kept, however definitely don’t bother with the 116 Spa Suite. Regarding the stairs, we ensure as much as we can that our guests are aware of our stair-access layout, but we are always more than happy to assist with bags when asked. We are glad to hear the spa itself provided some comfort. We take your reflections seriously as we work on updating and improving our suites. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.

    Good sized apartments and well located so it's an easy walk to the marina for shops and bars. The beach is also only a few minutes away. The small pool and sauna are an added bonus.     These apartments are in an absolutely perfect location. The boat harbour is beautiful and so close to so many other great things to do in WA. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. The underground carpark is convenient. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant. The downside was that the apartments are now dated - especially the kitchen. If you are eating out all the time, it’s fine. If you want to cook a meal there is not enough equipment or utensils. For some the several flights of stairs from the car park to your apartment might be a problem especially when carrying suitcases / shopping.     The location of these apartments are excellent.Within Sorrento Quay at Hillary’s boat harbour, with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.We stayed in a 2 and 3 bed apartment.Both were spotlessly clean with fully kitted kitchen, washer and dryer.The staff were extremely helpful.Special mention for Chris, she was helpful and always happy.We will be returning and highly recommend.     So close to everything, yet quite!

    Great Location, Quite nights sleep, apartment had everything you need, Loved the area. 3Bed 2nd. Floor apartment was very spacious for 5 adults, 3 balconies and regular cleaning was lovely. Secure,only Residents have access. Underground private parking. Loved our time here.
