Cottesloe Beach is 6 km from the hotel, and Perth city centre is 1 km away. Perth Airport is 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 200 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Spent five nights here, after crossing the Nullarbor, and free-camping in our car (saving our money to pay for this stay). What luxury! We had a ground floor apartment, which was great - easy to get to. The apartment was very roomy - large bedroom with king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe, all in one kitchen, dining area and lounge; very large TV; separate large bathroom and toilet; and a fully equipped laundry. All amenities - fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee, sugar, and a Netespresso machine. Laundry powder for the washing machine. Hair dryer. The grounds have a swimming pool and gym. The unit was very quiet, despite not being far from a main road. Everything was spotless. Our underground car park was near to the exit. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Only negative - the free internet is snail's pace, which is why I could only upload 1 photo.

    Worst value for money I’ve experienced

    The overall appearance looks quite shabby. The cooking facilities were disgusting with the oven full of grease. Was informed on arrival that the restaurant had closed down permanently. Had the misfortune of staying 2 weeks in an apartment no more than 50 Mtrs from a 6 lane freeway. The noise was horrendous day and night. The only positive thing with the premises was the staff were very polite and friendly.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Information and Poor Service

    I stayed at the Nesuto Mount Bay Apartment Hotel from September 7 to September 14, and my experience was deeply frustrating.Upon check-in, the staff member Ivan clearly told me that breakfast was included. I even double-confirmed this multiple times, and three different people reassured me that breakfast was free. Naturally, I trusted what the hotel told me.Only at check-out did I discover that the hotel had quietly added charges for the breakfasts—charges that I never agreed to and was never informed about. This felt incredibly misleading. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, Anthony, the front desk manager, was dismissive and unhelpful. His attitude made the situation even worse and left me feeling that the hotel does not take responsibility for its own mistakes.After checking online, I noticed several other guests reporting similar issues, which makes me believe this is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem that the hotel refuses to address.This experience ruined what should have been a simple and straightforward stay. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and frankly, cheated by the way the charges were handled. I strongly advise future guests to get every detail in writing and double-check your bill carefully, because verbal confirmations here clearly cannot be relied on.     crooks and scammers- make sure you have everything in black and white if you choose to stay here

    these guys are massive scammers. avoid them all costs! upon check in, we were told that there were complimentary breakfast. i confirmed with the front desk personnel, Ivan and he double confirmed that we are getting complimentary breakfast. A month after we left the accomodation, we were charged for the ‘complimentary’ breakfast that we had. Anthony Lie, the front office manager was massively unhelpful and was putting the blame on us. we will be complaining to ACCC for the misconduct, miscommunication and most importantly unauthorized transaction of credit card.     Old rundown hotel in need of renovation . Carpets smelt . Dark room no outlook Parking in dingey basement with old door that needs a firm push to open , felt very unsafe . Parking at reception is not available you double park on ticketed private parks .
