    Whilst in need of a refurb, the rooms are of a good size, beds are comfy, bathroom is well designed & towels etc replaced regularly. The standout is the friendly and attentive service - especially Joy and the breakfast team who are super friendly & helpful. The buffet has a good range & is great value.     Friendly staff, good location but very basic accommodation.

    Location wasn’t bad and definitely quieter to other parts of the city. It was right across the road from a coffee shop and convenience store. Room service was quick and the food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.However, the hotel feels a bit old and dated. The room definitely felt very budget and old for over $300 a night. There was only one lift working for the entire hotel which meant wait times were extremely slow given it was a very busy weekend.
