    The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. Could not be bothered even trying to help with my booking. Next day I rang and requested a receipt and again could not even do that. Room was clean, food was good! Service, dismal!

    Really enjoyed our stay! Large, clean room with comfy bed. The hotel is in a great position for being in the heart of the city.

    We purposefully looked for a hotel where we could do light cooking due to dietary restrictions, and we were glad we found Oaks. The location is perfect in the city centre, close to supermarkets and public transportation. The room is spacious, and the staff are super accommodating. WiFi is fast. The hotel is not crowded. Everything was great!

    Stayed for 4 nights on business; staff were very good and friendly; nothing was a bother. Room was clean and tidy as well as well-appointed with microwave and cooktop available for in room cooking and a decent sized refrigerator. There is easy access to the freeways nearby and plenty of parking options nearby, but not at the hotel. Mayn dining options close to the hotel as well as a restaurant in the hotel.
